A totally Non-Smoking B&B Guesthouse near Gatwick Airport in London.
At Cumberland House we understand that not all our guests have their own car with them while they travel. Therefore, we will be more than happy to collect you from outside either North/South Terminal or Horley Railway Station and drive you to Cumberland House. We can pick you up between the hours of 5am and midnight. All you need to do is advise us of your travel arrangements. Please click here to find directions to our pick up points.
Why not leave your car at Cumberland House when you fly from Gatwick Airport. Carmel and Clive will personally drive you to Gatwick Airport (24 hrs). We will collect you on your return from outside the terminal building and transport you to your waiting car at Cumberand House (5am to midnight)
At Cumberland House our Continental Breakfasts are available for all early departures, while our cooked breakfasts are served from 06:45 - 09:30 daily.
En-Suite Bedroom + a choice of Continental or Cooked Breakfast + 1 Free Transfer to Cumberland House + 1 Free Transfer to LGW = Your Room Rate.

Car Parking
All cars are kept on the grounds of Cumberland House for the duration of your holiday. The charge is £25.00 per week.

Payment Terms
Payment terms: Although you will disclose your credit card information when you reserve the room, at Cumberland House we do not take a deposit or payment from your card at the time of booking. You Pay when you Stay. We accept most credit cards with the exception of American Express. For those of you who have a Barclaycard Freedom you will be able to earn or redeem your points with us at Cumberland House. We also accept Sterling Cash. There is a small fee for accepting Euros and US Dollars.
Cancellation Policy
Free! If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Check In Details
Variable depending on your incoming flight time to Gatwick. Otherwise 4pm to 11.30pm. Please advise us of your needs when you make your reservation.
Check Out Details
We ask all guests to check out of their bedroom at 10am. We have a guests living room that you will be welcome to use if you have a later flight. However if you prefer to hold your bedroom you can arrange a late departure at the minimal cost of 6.00 pounds per hour after 10am. Please advise us of your needs at the time you make your reservation.
