At Cumberland House we like to offer our guests a personal service and ensure that your journey through Horley and Gatwick Airport is as stress-free as possible. Therefore we offer Free Transfers to our guests who are travelling through Gatwick Airport or Horley Railway Station to suit your onward journey. If you require a taxi to another London Airport we will happily arrange this on your behalf.
Free transfer TO North and South Terminals LGW are 24 hours to suit all flights.
Please advise Cumberland House of your travel plans and we will pre-book your transfer to Gatwick Airport or Horley Railway Station. If you are travelling by plane you are advised to check-in 2 hours prior to a European Flight and 3 hours prior to an International Flight.
Free Pick up FROM South Terminal, LGW is 5am until midnight. Hotel Buses, Bus Stop 10.
Your only collection point at South Terminal is at "Hotel Buses",Bus Stop 10. When you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, please follow signs for Hotel Buses. You will find a yellow and black free telephone at Bus Stop 8. Please dial 8686 on the free telephone to advise Cumberland House that you are ready and waiting for us. When you have spoken to Cumberland House please wait at Bus Stop 10. We will be driving a dark red, Vauxhall Zafira Car with Cumberland House written on the doors.

- You can leave the National Express Bus at either North Terminal or South Terminal.
- You will need to do, is call Cumberland House to let us know that you have arrived and we do the rest. We will collect you in our car which has Cumberland House written on the side door.
- At North Terminal you will wait at Hotel Buses, Bus Stop 9. Please use the yellow and black free telephhone at Bus Stop 8 to Call Cumberland House. The Free Phone number is 8686, then walk to Bus Stop 9 while you wait for the Cumberland House car to collect you.
- At South Terminal you will wait at Hotel Buses, Bus Stop 10. When you leave the National Express Bus in the same lane of traffic as Bus Stop 10. You will find a yellow and black free phone at Bus Stop 8. Please call Cumberland House on 8686 and then walk to Bus Stop 10 while you wait for Cumberland House car to collect you.

Free pick up from Horley Railway Station.
Your only collection point at Horley Railway Station is upstairs at the front of the station on Victoria Road. If you have your own telephone with you please call us, otherwise there is a Pay Phone outside the Railway Station. Our telephone number is 01293 825800.

- Exit the M25 J7 onto the M23
- Exit M23 J9 following the signs for Gatwick
- Go straight over the first roundabout (Gatwick South Terminal will be on your left)
- Take the 4th exit at the next roundabout following the signs for Horley/Redhill/A23
- At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A23
- At the traffic light drive straight ahead
- Take the first turning on your left into Church Road.
- Our entrance is on Church Road.
- Please park your car with the nose to the fence.
